Is there a motion detection script that works on ixus40? To catch lightning etc..  :blink:

Try fudgey's Fast MD with burst/preview mode (readme file is included in the zip package)...

I tried it, and it was pretty slow.
I held the camera in a dark room and quickly turned the light switch on & off, and the pictures turned out black.
Perhaps I got the wrong version? It's sort of tricky to find the rigth scripts.
