How does the camera fair with the weather? Did you have it in a special enclosure?

Nope, no special enclosure. I have an sd750 that I got at staples on uber-clearance for $90, based on that I care very little for the well-being of my camera, lol. Generally though, it doesn't have any major issues, you have to watch out for the lens a bit since any condensation on it can freeze, although this is really only a problem going from a humid warm place to cold. The battery life is a bit affected and the reading will definately be low, but in a pinch taking the batt out and warming it in your hands for a minute would give it enough to go from not being able to take a picture to being able to take 20-30 (and warming it again would allow more, after those 20-30).

Overall though, I'm impressed with its ability to take fricking cold pictures:
