What else will I need to do so that your USB remote works with my camera?
What benefits would CHDK offer when using this USB remote? The remote will operate the shutter without CHDK?What methods of payment do you accept?
Im not sure if I understand your question. The remote will not work without CHDK / SDM With CHDK or SDM it is just what the name says it is, a device to remotely operate the shutter(s).SDM is a special version of CHDK which makes it possible to synchronize two cameras for 3D stereo photography. So If you want to use SDM for that purpose, you will need a remote with two cables. If you want to use just one camera, you can use CHDK or SDM, which ever you prefer and you will need a remote with just one cable.I accept payment via Paypal.Regards,Frans
Can you point me to a source that explains (in layman's terms) how to use/install CHDK?
How long are the cables for the single cable remotes? Are there any issues (such as voltage drop) if I use a 'long' cable?
If I prefer to use 3 AG3 batteries, where can I find a suitable spring?
Can you explain a little more how '$7.50 are multi Card readers which have been modified to ignore the lock switch on the SD card' are used?
Do I send payment to the email address in your setepontos profile?
