Unable to dump RAM

I am trying to dump RAM on my A650.  I went into the Debug parameters menu and set the ALT +/- debug action to DmpRAM.  And then I pressed the +/- button and saw the blue light turn on for a few seconds.  Then I took out the SD card and searched all over it and could not find any dump file.  Am I doing something wrong?

Is it in DCIM/100CANON/CRW_????.JPG?

Aha!  Yes, I see them now.  I didn't see them before because I did a search by date and was looking for something with a really recent timestamp, but these are dated 1/1/2000.  Thanks.
