I got the latest version chdk ixus800_sd700-101b-0.9.8-778-full
I got it set to auto load every time the camera start.
But after I setup all the setting and turn off the camera, it won't save the setting.
Every times when i turn on my camera, chdk loaded, but all setting is gone.
can anyone help me with this?
i had set not to clear setting when start already.

Probably settings are really saved, but not loaded at CHDK startup. This is known bug, it occurs on big memory cards.
What memory card and card format (FAT16/FAT32) do you use? Try to change card format (FAT16<->FAT32).

Leave the <Alt> mode before you power off the camera...

If you change some settings, leave <Alt> mode, then open the CHDK filebrowser from the Misc. menu - is there a file cchdk.cfg in the \CHDK folder ?

i had tried both to leave the <ALT> mode on and off before power off my camera. still no "cchdk.cfg" in the CHDK folder.
it seems there is no cchdk.cfg at all for my camera.
i hate to change all my setting every times i turn on the camera
