@Real:- use the AV-out to see the screen, e.g. connect a TV...
- format the small SD card IN THE CAMERA (low level)
- make sure the SD card is not locked, also check the little switch in the SD card bay, e.g. with a toothpick (VERY SOFTLY !)
- when the card is locked, can you although capture images ? or do you get the "Card locked !" message ?
