so i installed CHDK on my A590 and everything is working except for when i upload the raw files on my computer, it won't process or even open on Photoshop or Zoom Browser EX and the .crw files seem to be broken.

what could be the problem?

No problem, nothing is broken - just read the sticky threads in the RAW section here in the forum...
To enable the CHDK DNG support, read this little guidance.
