Hello!

I am looking for scripts that actually work for about a year and so far had not found anything.

Can anybody tell if there are any that are usable?

Are you saying that none of the scripts in the script folder (part of the full CHDK that should be on your A720) work? Or that none of the scripts here http://chdk.wikia.com/wiki/UBASIC/Scripts work either?

If so there's something seriously wrong with your A720 - they work for everyone else.
