Hey ^^
could it be that the CHDK doesn't work with a 8gb SDcard?
The thing is that I tried it with a 2gb card and it did work but with the 8gb it doesn't.
can someone help?

Hallo

8 or 16 GB are no problem. Just take the SDM installer. Or read through the wiki.

In German:

8 oder 16 GB sind kein Problem. Nimm einfach den SDM Installer. Oder lies es im Wiki nach.

Some changes to mode definitions(platform\sx200is\main.c) :
According to http://chdk.setepontos.com/index.php/topic,3228.msg43068.html#msg43068.
modemap should have:
   { MODE_VIDEO_COLOR_ACCENT ,2599   },
   { MODE_VIDEO_COLOR_SWAP,   2600   },
instead of:
   { MODE_VIDEO_COLOR_ACCENT ,3599   },
   { MODE_VIDEO_COLOR_SWAP,   3600   },

I use a 16GB Transcend SD card with 2 partitions in my SX200.
SX200 automatically use 2nd partition to store pictures etc.
But in SX200 swapping partitions does not work so CHDK cannot find scripts etc.
I use latest build (100c 13 november 839)
Any ideas ?

dual partition support does work, the cam boots from partition 1, then switches to partition 2.
All files from then on are accessed and saved from/to partition 2.
This means you need the CHDK files and folders in partition 2 to be able to run scripts etc.
Just copy the complete installation from partition 1 into partition 2.
Do not remove them from partition 1 or the cam will not startup.

Remember, you only need DISKBOOT.BIN on partition 1.
