Forum problem with Opera

The css doesn't load properly, and the forum looks really bad. Started a few days ago, here is the error:

Er... I actually didn't make any changes... It was probably just a bad cache issue...

Well, I did hit refresh quite a few times before, so it's strange.. Well, at least it works.
