remapping zoom & focus functions

I take inspiration from http://chdk.setepontos.com/index.php/topic,3997.new.html#new ,

Can someone help me to realize a script that can remap the focus with the zoom lever and zoom with the keys left / right(maybe), also it would be very useful to be able to vary the speed of focus and/or zoom with the arrow up / down(maybe).

No one thinks this could it be useful?

In my opinion it could speed up the focusing time

Another up!

I've just noted that there is an option in the "Miscellaneous stuff" menu to activate the "Use" of "zoom buttons for MF", but this don't work with my G9 100f.
Any idea about this?
