I meant the former, CHDK's list and Canon's list. (I assume the two Canon lists would overlap.)

The "badpixel" file gets created from a RAW file; in this RAW the "defect-by-manufacturing" badpixels are still marked with 0 (zero) by the original firmware ("Canon list").
So i guess - yes, they would overlap...
