I read the user manual guide of G11, there is no S-Raw format.
However, according to http://www.sony.net/Products/SC-HP/cx_news/vol57/pdf/icx685cqz.pdf ,
this new CCD does support 1/4 still image Frame readout mode with higher frame rate, 6.983 frame/s.
The full frame read out is 2.052 frame/s. However, Canon spec. shows only 1.1 fps.
This may due to slow processor.
I expect to see 4.4 fps if CHDK  can support this in the future.
