Is there any tool to encode the raw bayer pattern into CRW format to be put
back camera for simulation ?

Back to which camera?
CRW (I mean Canon's original CRW format) also contains bayer structure with some headers/compression. CRW from CHDK is just bayer pattern from the sensor.

I mean encoding bayer structure into CRW format that CHDK (Allbest) can use for the new feature "RAW develop".
My purpose is use other brands' raw file and convert into CRW that I can put into Canon cameras (e.g. A630 with CHDK) to
compare the image quality.

Ok, I see. I've not heard about such tool yet.
But be aware that "RAW Develop" will work only with the same RAW-resolution as the native for the camera.
