1) How can I put my camera in the playback mode? I can put it in the Req mode and switch to playback when turning it on.
    Is there another way to put it direct in the playback mode? If so, please explain me how to get it in that mode;
2) I can't verify my firmware version with ver.req nor vers.req. --> I always get that clock on the screen;
3) I tried all of the CHDK versions on my camera but none did boot up on startup --> possible due to the fact that the
    camera didn't start in the playback mode.

1) Have you tried pushing the play button while the camera is switched off?
