In the CHDK menu, under "Extra Photo Operations", you can enable overrides for Shutter, Aperture & ISO, however this doesn't seem to have any effect when in Movie Mode? (only when shooting still images).

Does anyone know if there is a way this can be done, perhaps a script?

Ideally, under the "Video Parameters" menu, there should be options to set ISO, aperture and shutter speed.
