on sx110 zebra shortcut is same combination of keys as auto focus lock
is there any way to disable zebra shortcut or disable zebra completely?
i tried looking at code to change something but it is far over my capabilities

This is discussed in the SX110 porting thread. I'm still waiting for a patch that fixes it.
