qprintf and cprintf

qprintf and cprintf

Anyone have any success in using qprintf() and cprintf().  The first seems to be very low level output and the cprintf is Console.  It looks like cprintf() will be easy to use.  Haven't tried it yet but my attemps at qprintf() have not been successful yet. 

Anyone have experience in either?
