Hi,

I have a problem with movie_mode.
I control my camera (IXUS860) by USB and I can change the mode with "movie_mode" and "playback_mode". And when I am in movie mode, I make a "shoot" to start recording but after that, I can't stop it.
I have tried an other "shoot" and an other mode but that doesn't work.

"shoot_full" and "shoot_half" make the camera crash.

Any suggestion please?

Have you tried 'shoot_movie_for' followed by the time in seconds ?

Thank you for your answer.
I know "shoot_movie_for" and that works fine but I need for my application to control the video record.

I have found how to start and stop video record by USB with that script :

release "shoot_full"
press "shoot_full"
