I couldn't get it to work from the first time, but using Card Tricks it worked right now. You don't do something right in the manual way. What is the volume capacity of your card?

...and from the recent params corruption case it's fair to assume that metadata in the video files need to contain the camera make and model string the way videos shot using the camera do.

I've searched all over this site for sx120is-100b-0.9.9-912 full version of chdk, which I'm assuming is the latest, for the sx120IS. Is it in fact available on this site or do I need to go elsewhere? Thanks.

sx120 is not in the main CHDK trunk, so the development thread is probably the place to look.
