UBasic set_tv

Hello,
I'm almost new to chdk (I'm playing with it only since a few months), now I'm beginning to write scripts.
At the moment i'm using UBasic.
My camera is an SX10is.
If i set a long exposure (let's say two minutes) from CHDK menu it works fine.
How can i set such a value from UBasic? I tried with set_tv -21 but the camera ignores it. :(
Conversely it works fine up to  set_tv -15. :)
Is there any other way to set long exposures through Ubasic? Should i switch to LUA?
Thanks
Marcello

Hello,
Thanks for the suggestion. I didn't even notice this command.
I seeked online but did not found a lot of explanation.
I will play with it in the next days and let you know.
Thanks again
Marcello

Hello,
I tried to substitute set_tv with set_tv96_direct in my small script...
It looks like the command is completely ignored (the shoots use the time that was setted in the standard menu of the camera).
Do you have any idea?
Thanks  and regards
Marcello

ps.
Here is the small script I'm using.

Then it probably needs to be called during half shoot (after autoexposure finishes)...
