Is there any method one could set the usb voltage via script?
No, the USB V+ is an input logic signal, not an output.
If not, is such a feature easy to implement?
You may be able to set the state of the output data lines.
There are some problems with it, EWAVR knows the details.i
it is possible to blink the led and use that to control other devices
That is what I do using the very bright autofocus LED.
I also blink the LED to talk to a microcontroller.
