By looking at the SX10 and SD980 dumps, it appears that there is some script interpretor built in the cameras. I am not sure what that is for, but did anyone investigate this issue? It would be really, really cool if we could run our own scripts without CHDK.

Hmm, can you please post some more details about your findings?
And do you think that the functions that are exposed via strings might be used for this scripting language?
