After downloading the exe and dll...
Don't know where you got your copy, but last time i looked there was no .dll in it ....
As of v. 1.44. CardTricks uses 7-zip selfinstaller, after starting CardTricks-144-SFX.exe, you will be presented with a dialog
box: just browse to or type the directory where you want the program, and it will unpack it's files there.
Then start CardTricks-1.44.exe and everything should work ...
Note that this way of installing means that you can't just move CardTricks-144.exe anymore without making sure you
also copy the "CardTricks" directory to the same location - which stinks, i admit, but not as much as answering mails about
false virus warnings ...
