Best cheap camera for CHDK

So as my subject asks what is the best cheap camera for CHDK. The last canon got stolen out of country and I was wondering what the best cheap option is. Also are any of the firmwares for different camera's any more feature rich among the cheaper ones?

the download site shows all currently supported models http://chdk.setepontos.com/index.php/topic,4446.0.html

any complete CHDK port provides all CHDK features, within the limits of it's hardware possibilities of course
as an example, ixus/elph models don't have an iris diaphragm, so the option to override aperture can & will not work
