ISO Override for the A590IS-101b Lower than ISO 80?

ISO Override for the A590IS-101b Lower than ISO 80?

When I set the Override ISO value to 65 with value factor of 1,
I always get a picture with ISO 100 and the picture looks brighter than one taken
at ISO 80 which is the lowest Canon setting for the A590IS-101b.
Any ideas on how to get a lower than 80 ISO?

I just wasn't sure if it was a bug that needed to be reported in
"DryOS Development" or if it was a step or something that I
was missing to get it to work. I still don't know.
