I have tried a few of the scripts for motion detection on our A700 Powershot and none seem to detect and record video well no matter what settings i try. Does anyone have any tips?Or is there a script I should be using for this camera in particular?

Try fudgey's Fast MD (usage)...

Great thanks, realized its a DIGICII camera and I was able to use his OLDER version of the script ok. Thanks alot!
