Got my 16Gb Transcent card working with 2 partitions. My SX200 work with this setup (and uses 2nd partition automatically for storing of pictures etc.). But CHDK cannot find anything anymore (like scripts f.i. !!) because they are on the other partition and swapping partitions in camera does not work.

@p2p

are you sure all your files are in the right place ? Only DISKBOOT.BIN should be on the small partition,
all the rest on the large partition
