CHDK isn't a firmware update, just a software addon --> CHDK in Brief.

If you mean ..use CHDK for the SX10 on a SX20 --> No; the CHDK version must fit to the camera model AND also to the firmware version.
Porting CHDK to the SX20 is in progress, the porting SX20 thread is here.

Is it possible to download the beta version of CHDK for the SX20? There seems to be one around, but nowhere to download it. Thank you.

For SX20 1.00F the latest beta is here: http://chdk.setepontos.com/index.php/topic,4348.msg45372.html#msg45372
The SX20 1.02B is NOT supported yet...

Is there any approximate idea when an update for 1.02B may be coming? Is it being worked on, or is the concentration on 1.00F?
