firmware version on camera not listed?

I have a SX10

my camera says its firmware version 1.0.1.0

I dont see that in the CHDK list. is it 1.01a then?!

I copied the ver.req to the root directory. went into playback mode and held down func.set and pushed display. still showed 1.0.1.0

so I used that cameraversion program and it worked. shows 1.01a in there

ok I got into the menu

when I have save raw checked it doesnt seem to be doing that. the images are still saved in jpeg and the same size as before

You might want to have a look through the user manual http://chdk.wikia.com/wiki/CHDK_User_Manual

When you enable raw, the jpegs are still saved. The raws are an additional file. If you are using PTP (USB connection) rather than a card reader, you may not see them.
