Maybe here? No significant changes after #16.
A710, G7 - added multipartition support.
G7 - configurable <alt> button, improved power-on procedure.
Added some new IXUSes.
All cams - adaptive CHDK startup time. In shooting mode <half-shutter>+<disp> temporary removes all CHDK output from screen.

Unfortunately, set_zoom_rel command still doesn't refocus in video mode after zooming in/out, and set_focus command doesn't work on my A620. So I will still have to use Ewavr's build for videos
