I have been playing around with the sound trigger and works OK but I cannot get the Synch Delay to work.
Whatever delay I specify the camera takes the shot immediately.

Is this a known problem or have I missed something.

I have an idea for a very cheap and hackish (if rather big) version of one.

Find a cheap "walkman" style tape recorder with "voice activated" recording (this is quite common an option with them). Hook up a generic "USB trigger" (USB cable power lines) to the motor power. Done.
