I'm interested in helping with chdk porting. I make my living as a web developer and have never touched assembler. Think I have a chance at it? How did you make it through the process?
I've read the wiki and the steps sound foreign but simple. I've read the forum and porting reports seem to consist of "hey! this is what i got!" then silence....then "i have more!" hard to tell whats happening between the reports.
I guess I'm trying to gauge the amount of knowledge and work required.
