I absolutely agree we have an operator malfunction here, I just have not been able to figure where it is.

I have set it to 1 and 64, neither have the desired result. I have set it to disable, off and on...none of which work. I will fool around with it when I get home and and after I clear all of the snow from my driveway.  What a freeking mess.........

I did get it to work, shutter stayed open for 64 seconds. I turned the camera off, when I turned it back on I had to set enum to 1 again, that normal?

Check if "Extra Photo Operations -> Clear override values@start" is set to on (selected) - this is default AFAIK
you will want to set it to off
