Maybe that's hidden in a transparent color? I noticed when using the OSD layout editor that I had an empty square that I could move around, and I didn't  know what it was for. It was just about the right size for a RAW:xxxx indicator too. I first found it hugging the lower-right area of my screen, then moved it to a clear spot in case anything would show up in it.
yeah, i guess you edited OSD in playback mode? my raw indicator isnt drawn this way. will change that eventually.but normally it should be shown in record mode, and normally icons cant be hidden behind something else. so either jucifer implemented a false method (havent been able to check it out yet) or you magically made the indicator disappear :D

It jst goes on... 206 just out, but only a small error correction (lang file, + 1 forgotten ixus -> CAMERA_ixus item)
'Our' modded 205+ is already compatible ...

BTW Shall I do an XREF for modded 205+ ?

@Barney: Can you check if you've got 32K less memory with this build vs. previous ones ?

For the old raw icon I think I only changed the condition for showing it from
if (conf.save_raw || gui_mode==GUI_MODE_OSD)
to
if ((conf.save_raw && !conf.show_remaining_raw) || gui_mode==GUI_MODE_OSD)
...

Never mind, I was just trying to find out if enlarging the build size of the .bin with 32K, like we did
to get it running for s3is, means that all of this 32K is actually loaded into memory, or just the
'actual working bytes' (pretty unclear description, but hope you get my drift)

edit: forget it, ha! I didn't even check the size of the s3is binary - it's still the same, so the answer must
be No.
