There is a report in the Canon dpreview forum, that the DNG color profile
is not working "no effect", when the conversion is done with DNG4PS-2:

Is there really a problem?
What is the best way to test it?

I don't understand what they mean with "color profiles seem have no effect on images processing"

Hi ArtDen!
It's my post on dpreview forum...
I refer to this dng4ps-2   http://dng4ps2.chat.ru/index_en.html
If I use this software and I copy my custom PS_A610.bin there is no effect on color rendition, while dng4ps_1-1-4d works correctly.
I will try your dng4ps2 (http://dng4ps2.homeftp.org/dng4ps2-0.2.2matrix.exe)

sorry for my english and my inexperience

DNG4PS2 doesn't use header files (.bin) like DNG4PS, color matrix is hardcoded in the program
ArtDen said he will try to add support for custom matrices to DNG4PS2
