heh. but new problem. i deleted videos from sd card using pc. after this i plug in card to camera - it shows "card is bloked". chdk is not running.
i deleted just video files. nothing more

You have installed CHDK on the first partition. Then you swap the partitions. Now is the second partition the active partition (without CHDK?).

Solution:

- Make the sd card writeable.
- Copy all CHDK files from the the zip file on the second partition.
- Start the camera with the play button [>].
- Open the Canon menu. Go to the last entry 'firm update'. Start this function. Now should start CHDK.
- Use the CHDK partition swap function.
- Make the sd card write protected. Then is the autoboot function active.

Or you could just use the link I posted earlier ( http://www.zenoshrdlu.com/wasp/wasp.html ). I guess I should have explained that it's to a utility that will let you swap partitions on your PC and then swap them back.  No extra files on the SD card needed.

If you are the owner of an A1100 we need your help improving the manual focus / subject distance override capability of CHDK.

Please read the instructions posted here < Link to Testing Instructions > and test your camera.

Here's a test build for PTP live view functions.

Please check
1) UI colors are (approximately) correct, in playback and record mode. Also try opening the func menu and main canon menu.
2) chdkptp UI display updates when the actual screen updates.
3) Viewport size and position is correct, including digital zoom and videos mode

Source patch is also attached for anyone interested.

A1100 APB values and Palette screenshots as requested by nafraf:

Play 1, Rec 0

Canon Menu Tabs in Rec 5, 11
Canon Menu Tabs in Play 7, 7, 11

Note that the Palettes on camera and in CHDKPTP don't match (really mixed up on CHDKPTP with the rainbowish effects we saw before in such cases on regular CHDK menu screens).

So I'm again posting photos showing both...

Koshy had a little ELPH which wasn't white as snow but everywhere that Koshy went the ELPH was sure to go. (actually an SD, but that detail ruins the rhyme...)

EDIT: New patch attached including reyalp's liveview functions (vid_get_viewport_width_proper(),  vid_get_viewport_height_proper(), vid_get_bitmap_active_buffer())

- Liveview in CHDKPTP is working
- Palette in CHDKPTP is not fixed yet. It's different but still rainbowish on the UI overlay in places.
- Custom palette seems to be there in Rec mode but not in play mode
- Even after Reset all colors active menu is white text on white BG for both Rec and Play
