I have a thought on using Chdk in 8G SDhc card, that is I don't need auto run chdk each time,so I don't need boot chdk automaticly. When each time I need it,I could use the manual method of updating firmwire,Therefor I could format my card as fat32.is it possible?

or I format a 32MB fat16 card,after boot chdk,I change a 8G sdhc card,is it OK?

Yes, of course; you can also format the SD card in the camera...

No, that's not possible; the camera will switch off when you try to remove the SD card...
