A530 has digic II, can you suggest can I use some CHDK firmware for this model, or I need to wait little more?

A530 is very common and it had good selling numbers across the world in 2006, so it will be nice to help milions of A530 users to boost their cameras, especially in video department to increase poor 10fps framerate in 640X480 resolution.

I doubt that video performance can be improved (visibly) by firmware alone.
To start a working on a firmware you first need to make a dump of the original one. There are instructions on the wiki/wikia page - essentially you need to hook up a phototransistor to the sound card and run the dump program on the camera and a recording one on the computer. Again, all instructions are on the wikia.

i have access to an a530, i think i can & will dump its firmware soon.
edit: oops, the firmware has already been dumped, i just saw that on the wiki.
