Canon A470 wont start up with prepared SD card

Hi, i prepared a SD card excatly as told on the site, with cardtrick144.exe make it bootable and the file a470-102c-0.9.9-872-full, everything looks good, i made protect to writable and put the SD card in my camera, camera is standing on PLAY


and then nothing happens camera looks DEAD

when i remove the writable detecions then the camera starts normal but don't boot from card


What do i wrong ?

Note : The SD card is a Sandisk 128Mb card, i try 2Gb card same problem

You most likely use the wrong CHDK version ;)
--> Read FAQ #4: How can I get the original firmware version number of my camera ? & download the correct version...

Fimware version is GM1.01B
