as i mentioned in previous post:
the trick is, the small partition should be active (that is, it is called "Partition 1" )
now, format it (if it isn't formatted yet), and then click Make Bootable -> you now have a formatted bootable FAT12 partition
or are you saying you 1) formatted and 2) made bootable (both in SDMINSTE) and afterwards Windows does not
recognise it as a formatted disk ?
