I apologize in advance if this has been addressed before.

I took some photos with my S3 IS earlier this week and ran them through the DNG converter (DNG for Powershot 1.1).  The resultant files took on a date of November 15, 2005.  Is there a CHDK setting that I should change to keep that from happening?

RAW files have no metadata when produced by CHDK. DNG converter takes this information from corresponding JPG file.
Check that every RAW file has the corresponding JPG file in the same folder.

IMG_3945.JPG   ->   CRW_3945.CRW

Is your camera's date updated? :haha

Checked camera date first!  It was okay...

Does that imply I need to shoot in RAW +JPEG mode to get the EXIF data?  Not a big deal if that's the case...
