Did CHDK kill my SD card?

So I tried to get dual booting working on my 16GB SDHC with my G7. Place small build on SD card, load up CHDK, choose create two partitions...but the thing froze on the menu for a while, and then it crashed, turning my camera off. I turn it back on, and the card is dead--playback mode sits on "Memory card error", along with "Card locked!" message. Nothing happens when putting the card in a card reader, it just sits there as if it doesn't even exist. Anyone have any idea what happened, or if I can fix this? Thanks.

Disable the card's lock, try formatting the card in the camera (with the Canon menu).

Card is unlocked, format is greyed out.
