Hi, I am new to the forum, hope this is the right place to post this question. I am trying to get live view feature/mode to work on the canon powershot sd890. I found some software for this but I don't need all the remote control stuff. Basically all I need is live you to broadcast to computer over usb connection what I am seeing through the camera. If possible I also need to figure out a way to get the information from the autofocus, info like what the distance to the object is and the focal length of the autofocus when an object is in focus combined with the live view would be great. Thanks to anyone that can help. I am also trying to get the chdk software to work and it isn't, im not sure why. Thanks again.
