I just found out about CHDK. I have Powershot SX20 IS.
Is that the supported. I notice it is on the user guide cover
,but i don't see it anywhere else stated to be supported or not supported really. Is it the same firmware as sx10. i know they were kind of the same camera but i don;t want to make that assumption.

i would love to squeeze out a little more out of my camera if i could (especially RAW images)

SX20 is not fully ported yet. The porting thread can be found at http://chdk.setepontos.com/index.php/topic,4348.0.html

There are partially working builds for some versions of this camera.

You cannot use a CHDK version for a different camera, and usually cannot use one intended for a different canon firmware revision of the same camera.

Yes, having it on the Latest (V1.8.0) Guide was a little bit premature, but port is looking close, and it's a fine looking camera for the cover.

i can't wait to have more options on my camera. Bracketing,RAW images, and more display option...sounds mighty nice! I will be on the look out for when it comes out. keep up the good work!
