I would like to beable to turn off the display while in movie mode.
If I just do:
set_backlight(0)
exit_alt
It seems to work? I have to go into alt mode, press the shutter once to turn off the display, then press the shutter again to start recording.
However, Ideally, I'd like to keep the screen on when I have the shutter half pressed so I can focus, then have it turn off when I do the full press. However, since the shutter controls the script, I don't think that would work.
