Hello I am new here and am wondering if any CHDK for S1 ? (perhaps it is too old). Or sucessfully using similiar CHDK on S1. Just hate to retire this still good camera. Thanks.

No, sorry...it really is too old. The S1 is built around Digic I which is (from CHDK's point of view) hugely different from Digic II, III and IV meaning there is very little chance of CHDK ever existing for Digic I cameras. I believe we don't know of other hacks for Digic I cameras either.
