Hi, I tried to compile last sources: sx210-ixus1000asm1989trunk1070_2

It ends with error:

>> Entering to lib/armutil
reversebytes.S -> reversebytes.o
callfunc.S -> callfunc.o
reboot.c -> reboot.o

from reboot.c:1:
../../include/propset3.h:106:3: error: #error camera type not defined

I wonder what went wrong. ( I have PLATFORM=sx210is and PLATFORMSUB=100c in makefile.inc )

makefile.inc has many PLATFORM,PLATFORMSUB uncommented. One has to comment them all.

This is not true, what you set on the command line overrides what is in the file.

You can also use buildconf.inc or localbuildconf.inc for your personal settings, these override what is in the default makefile.inc.

I tried version 1.7 and it doesn't work for me.

I do the firmware update, get the boot splash screen of the camera for 1-2 seconds then there's a crack sound as if the shutter closes (that is not normally heard during boot without the firmware) and the camera goes blank.

With version 1.6 it boots and loads fine.

Is there anything I can do to help debug?

nevermind, user error: its just that it doesn't display the file when connecting the computer directly to the camera since it stores to a separate folder. Awesome work btw on this port, looking forward to playing around with it!

Thank your New Version 1.8 ,you Source sx210-ixus1000asm1989trunk1154 has a bugs: \platform\sx210is\main.c the 44th line "{ 125, 60000}," fixes =>"{ 125, 70000},"
