hello,
i am experimenting with long exposures and would like to take the advantage of dark image subtraction - post-processed on a PC. unfortunately my sx120is has a self-retracting lens cover + no threads so i cannot really buy an adapter that would allow me to make a dark image (and holding lens covered for like 15 minutes seems really difficult). tried to cover a camera with a black t-shirt but the dark image was too bright.
do you have any tips/tricks how to achieve this goal?
