Hello all, getting back into CHDK after a long hiatus, playing with scripting and wondering if there are any workarounds for the Canon PTP protocol since it doesn't allow viewing of card contents in Finder on a Mac. when editing scripts especially, it would be great to edit the script directly on the SD card. card swap from camera to reader to camera works, but is a drag, not to mention the write protect unlock and lock (if you use autoboot).
also just curious, on my 16GB card prepped with 2 partitions by SDMInst, card images no longer appear (via standard PTP) in Image Capture etc., they did before. is that expected behavior?
